Springhill is over crowded. And all its citizens utility bills will increase soon because of this .the reason is because new water towers are needed. City council has not charged the developers enough fees to cover this and it will cost everyone. Roads are way behind in development. Cart before the horse. Lived here 5 years and ready to leave.

Tell everyone that all Spring Hill home owners water bill is going up to build water towers to supply these developers water for there new homes . Our city council has sold the home owners out this cost should have been paid by the developer. They always get the cart before the horse. Brick and mortar stores are a thing of the pass. There’s 4 empty food stores closed right in the middle of town.

Is it possible to get foreclosure home near Hendersonville or Brentwood ?

Lived in Spring Hill for 19 years. DO NOT move there.

Please stop building anything for at least 3 years....unless of course you want to improve the streets.

I work in Spring Hill and my kids went to school there it takes a half hour to get 1/8 a mile or 2 redlights. Traffic is a nightmare it's a 2 lane skinny main street with no shoulder that needs 4 lanes since the population has boomed 1000% in recent decades.

Random question, but is the water in Spring Hill hard? like do you notice build up on stuff and greasy hair? Moving from out of state and that’s an issue where I’m from
